Usdaw has also said the Lincolnshire Co-operative should fully pay vulnerable staff who are off work and those who are self-isolating, so they don’t have to survive on Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) of just £95.85 per week. ![]() The shopworkers’ trade union has urged Lincolnshire Co-operative to stop the removal of staff discount from their employees who are furloughed. ![]() ![]() Lincolnshire Co-op have responded to calls from trade union Usdaw who claim the society has adopted a ‘mean-spirited’ approach to furloughed, self-isolating and vulnerable staff. ![]()
