Hasilnya menemukan bahwa komitmen terhadap profesi dan kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan berarti bahwa apabila model komitmen profesi dan kepuasan kerja mengalami peningkatan maka diharapkan performa perusahaan juga mengalami peningkatan. ![]() Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah melihat model komitmen profesi dan kepuasan kerja karyawan diasumsikan dapat memberikan sumbangan kepada kinerja perusahaan. Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur cabang Medan dengan 60 orang subjek penelitian. Banyak teori yang menyatakan bahwa komitmen profesi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif kepada performa perusahaan. Untuk mencapainya dibutuhkan dukungan semua bagian dalam organisasi, termasuk karyawan. Kinerja perusahaan yang baik merupakan muara akhir yang ingin dicapai oleh semua organisasi. Job satisfaction is not as the mediating effects to improve lecturer performance.Bergulirnya era industri 4.0 maka perusahaan diharapkan dapat menerapkan konsep-konsep yang dapat mendukung terciptanya organisasi yang efektif dan efisien. The originality of this research provided basic configuration of modelling development by Structural Equation Model and conceptual model that proved the effect of work motivation, competence and organizational climate on high performance of lecturer inserting job satisfaction as mediation effect of the influence between variables that were executed separately in previous researches. The limitation of this research was on the sample size of lecturers only and performed at private colleges, so limited the generalization of research findings. ![]() Job satisfaction was not the mediating variable to explain the effect of work motivation, competence and organizational climate on lecturer performance. Work motivation has negative and significant effect on lecturer performance. Competence, organizational climate and job satisfaction have positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. 22 proved that work motivation has positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. ![]()
